HR Manager

£35,000 – £37,900 per annum

Our client, a leader in the Pharmaceutical Industry, are recruiting for an HR Manager for their energetic team! The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced HR Manager, used to working in a fast-paced environment, good knowledge of HR policies and procedures and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as these key skills:

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruiting for Partners and employees
  • Updates at Board meetings
  • Maintaining the HR Database
  • Managing annual bonuses
  • Ensuring that HR policies are in accordance with legal requirements
  • Annual remuneration review of employees and Partners
  • Managing Incentive schemes for employees and Partners
  • Coordinating with Lawyers
  • Partnership Loan Agreements
  • Team Building activities
  • Filing of all HR info
  • Ensuring compliance to data protection regulations

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified to a Degree level
  • Qualified CIPD level 5 or above
  • At least 5 years senior HR Management services
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills

This role is a permanent, part time role. 25 hrs weekly.
