Administrator – Temp 4-6 Weeks


Henley-on-Thames | Administration | £12.50 -£13.00 p/h + Holiday pay.

An opportunity for a full-time Administrator to help with the executive education programmes for 4-6 weeks. The successful person will join the short non-qualifications / Custom programmes team.

Key Duties:

  • Liaising with delegates and organisers
  • Sending out information and documentation
  • Scheduling and Coordinating courses
  • Raising PO’s and liaising with finance department
  • Meeting and greeting delegates
  • Tracking costs and ensuring accurate data

 

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • High standard of people skills/interpersonal skills – able to deal with different levels and audiences, such as executive learners, academic faculty and business development teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced using Microsoft Office software and willing to learn new platforms (training given)
  • Smart presentation – you will have to interact with executive-level delegates
