An opportunity for a full-time Administrator to help with the executive education programmes for 4-6 weeks. The successful person will join the short non-qualifications / Custom programmes team.
Key Duties:
- Liaising with delegates and organisers
- Sending out information and documentation
- Scheduling and Coordinating courses
- Raising PO’s and liaising with finance department
- Meeting and greeting delegates
- Tracking costs and ensuring accurate data
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Excellent organisation skills
- High standard of people skills/interpersonal skills – able to deal with different levels and audiences, such as executive learners, academic faculty and business development teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced using Microsoft Office software and willing to learn new platforms (training given)
- Smart presentation – you will have to interact with executive-level delegates
