Our client is seeking an experienced, efficient and entrepreneurial Administrator to join their busy team in Henley on Thames.
As the Administrator, you will need to be flexible and dynamic to work closely with management and a range of departments to support with the growth and development of the business.
Key duties:
- Updating and managing databases and portals
- Support with projects including research, events, business development etc.
- Managing sales/presentation materials
- Support with producing marketing material
- Front of house duties including answering phones, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- General office management including stationery and housekeeping
- Offer flexible support across departments
Experience and qualifications:
- Competent with computers and technology, good knowledge with MS office
- Previous experience within an Administration/Office Management position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident decision maker, willing to take on responsibility
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience within an asset management/investment/finance environment would be highly beneficial
