Junior Administrator – Temp to Perm

Our client is seeking a junior Administrator with 6-12 months experience to join their team based in Watlington.

Initially on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm with a view to increase these hours if the role goes permanent after 3 months.

The role:

  • Data entry
  • Monitoring inbox and responding to emails
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Updating systems and spreadsheets
  • Printing and filing
  • Meeting and greeting visitors

The right person:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an admin role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident speaking to customers on the phone
  • Good IT skills and able to pick up new programmes quickly
  • Available to start immediately on an ongoing basis
