Project Co-ordinator


Thame | Project Co-ordinator | £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to forward their career within Operations and Project Co-ordination, part of a growing and forward-thinking business. This position has become available due to internal growth and therefore lends itself to someone who wants to make the job their own and be a pivotal part of a team. Training will be provided, however someone who is able to work off their own initiative is essential.

 

Key Duties

  • Assist in new system migration to ensure seamless transition
  • Configure and customise new system, including setting up of new form templates
  • Provide cost estimates throughout the tender process
  • General administrative support to Directors, ensuring all documentation is accurate
  • Liaise with external fleet management team and ensure all information provided is up to date
  • Conduct market research
  • General HR administrative duties; preparing reports, maintaining records

 

Requirements

  • Organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
