As Project Coordinator you will support the Contracts Manager deliver projects smoothly and successfully on time and on budget whilst meeting the client’s quality requirements.
Key Duties
- Working with the Interiors and Furniture team to provide project and administrative support for all projects.
- Obtaining quotations, understanding lead times and prices on products and suppliers, advising clients accordingly and obtaining their approval to proceed
- Raising orders in the internal PO system, requesting client POs and placing orders with suppliers
- Tracking delivery of orders, constantly maintaining communication with the relevant parties (colleagues, clients, contractors).
- Preparation of site set up folders and organisation of all equipment at the beginning of a project, in line with all requirements
- Assist with the collation of O&M Manuals and ensuring the information is collated in time for Practical Completion
- Document control – ensuring all folders are up to date with the relevant information and archiving where necessary
- Organise License to Alters (LTA) for the Contract Managers
- Arrange site set up to support Contract Managers
- H&S administration on site
- CPP creation (Construction Phase Plan) for Contract Managers
- Action RAMs where required
- Contributing to the overall success of the business by supporting internal colleagues on any other tasks as required and maintaining accurate records of all activities
- Approval of invoicing and working with Contract Managers to ensure cost sheets are maintained.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Coordination at an intermediate level, ideally in the construction or Design & Build field
- Financial/ budget understanding a bonus

- Sage, database, Sharepoint and Office package software ideal
