Receptionist Full-time.

Henley-on-Thames | Office Support / Admin | £20,000 - £25,000

Our client based in the centre of Henley-on-Thames is looking for a Receptionist with strong customer service skills.  This role is mainly reception based with some facilities assistant duties.

  • Welcoming guests into the building
  • Answering the mainline and transferring them to the right person
  • Managing emails received into reception account

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong customer service skills as customer facing in person and on the phone
  • Confidence
  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent telephone manner

Facilities Duties:

  • Scan incoming post into practice group folders
  • Print and collate all outgoing post from practice groups for Royal Mail dispatch
  • Provide support to fee earners with scanning of documents.
  • Provide support to teams with printing of legal documents
  • Act as point of contact for the firms DX/Royal Mail contracts
  • Ensure Facilities supplies such as toners/labels/envelopes are ordered
  • Distribute the groups stationery
