Sales Administrator


Wokingham | Administration | £25,000 - £28,000 p.a

Our valued client based in Henley-on-Thames is looking to recruit a Full- time Sales Administrator Mon- Fri.

 

Key Duties

  • Manage sales enquiries
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for clients
  • Coordinate with customers to process orders
  • Address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Use internal CRM system
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are readily available for timely order fulfilment
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external documents for the import and export process
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and adherence to payment terms
  • Assist in preparing regular sales reports
  • Proactively gather feedback from customers

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 years experience within administration
  • Organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great customer service skills
