A highly successful and rapidly growing company based in Twyford is looking for a Service Desk Co-ordinator to join their team.  Initially this will be a 3 month contract with the possibility of an  extension to 6 months or longer. The Service Desk Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting customers via incoming calls and ensuring engineers are scheduled to resolve the problems that arise. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established team and develop skills within Service Desk Delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls from customers and logging accurate information
  • Scheduling engineers to ensure timely resolution for the customer
  • Manage and coordinate the ordering of parts whilst adhering to SLA’s
  • Arrange collections from customer sites and coordinating with engineers and/or external providers
  • Regularly update customers on progress of repairs/tickets or bookings

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in Service Delivery is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining strong organisation skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Confident user of IT packages – knowledge of ServiceNow would be advantageous
