Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to elevate your career in Customer Services and Administration? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a pharmaceutical company based just outside of Reading centre

Salary: £22,000 – £23,500 + bonus + benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week (between 8am and 6pm)

Parking on site

A Brief Outline of Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail timely and efficiently
  • Carry out patient registrations and maintain internal database
  • Liaise closely with healthcare professionals at all levels
  • High volume of compliance ensuring that all relevant data is recorded and monitored

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work to under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive worker who can work independently
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Courteous and professional telephone manner
