We have an exciting opportunity to join a luxury brand as a Customer Services Advisor. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a team providing the highest standard of Customer Care.

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll be providing assistance and solutions on a variety of queries

Due to the location, a full UK driving licence is required for this position.

Location: Watlington
Hours: 
Full time 9.00 to 17.30
Salary: 
£21,500 increasing to £22,000 following 6-month probation

Some of your duties in this role will include:

  • Sales Orders processing
  • Process customer enquires or orders in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Be responsible for the collection and processing of payments
  • Manage office reports and other administrative tasks
  • Work closely with all departments in the business
  • Be responsible for recording your interactions within our CRM systems
  • Coordinate customer contract progress and service requests
  • Managing non-technical complaints
  • Ensuring customer database is regularly updated
  • Ensuring the aftersales care and order follow up is carried out
  • Using systems and processes effectively to manage workload
  • Contributing to assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with market conditions and industry knowledge
  • Responsible for Post & Courier services

  • Experience of working in a service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional with a positive and friendly manner
  • Experience of using CRM systems
  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships
  • Ability to work within a pressurised environment
  • Computer literate
  • Must be a strong team player, confident with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • A good geographical knowledge
