Our client based in Maidenhead is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who are continuously growing, creating more opportunities for a diverse and compelling career!

Duties Include:

• Being the first point of contact for Customers, via the phone and email
• Providing quotes to customers
• Maintaining customer data
• Arranging returns within the UK and internationally
• Maintaining strong communication internally
• General support to the business
• Handling and dealing with complaints
• Processing refunds

This position is a Monday to Friday position based in the office 9 am till 5 pm.
