One of the leading consumer manufacturers based on the outskirts of Reading are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team. This is a luxurious goods company who sell their products to companies such as John Lewis and Amazon. They are looking for a passionate and team orientated individual. For this position, you would be reporting to the Director of Operations and Finance.
- Conduct warranty investigations and efficiently advise in accordance to the company’s warranty and customer service terms and guidelines
- Provide confident advice and management within the guidelines and ethos for the UK and EMEA across our CRM systems
- Assist in Ecommerce sales administration and integration using Sage 200
Skills & Qualifications:
- Quality driven with an eye for detail and ability to manage and adapt to a variety of duties
- An understanding of working in a premium retail sector
- Confident with working in a time sensitive environment and adapting to multiple tasks
- Highly organised.
