£25,000 – £28,000 per annum, inc benefits

We are currently working with a financial advisors based in Ascot who are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to support a team of Financial Advisor’s and Paraplanners. This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous and competent administrator who is passionate about wealth management!

Salary and benefits: £25k – £28k per annum, depending on experience

A Brief Overview of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring documentation is complies with company procedures
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis in a professional manner
  • Preparing for adviser/client meetings including collation and distribution of meeting packs, relevant reports etc
  • Preparing Letters of Authorities and chasing providers when required
  • To comply with FCA and company requirements and processes at all times
  • Continuous support for financial advisor’s and paraplanning team

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Self motivated with a willingness to learn new skills and continuously develop knowledge
  • Exemplary communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and manage own workload
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience within Financial Services industry is a MUST
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen with good knowledge of business processes
  • Understand current FCA rules and practices
