We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator for a growing company based in Central Reading.

Location: Central Reading
Hours: Part time – 16 hours per week over 4 days – flexible on when hours are worked

Duties include:

  • Processing employee sickness, holiday and expenses
  • Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience within a HR role
  • Effective HR administration skills
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong administrative experience
