We are currently working with a client based in Henley-on-Thames who is looking for an Operations Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Head Office of a well-established consultancy firm.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the scope of workshops
  • Planning logistics and proofing content
  • Liaising with clients regarding requirements
  • Booking travel and accommodation for workshops
  • Effectively managing all incoming and outgoing equipment and expenses
  • Collating feedback and sending to relevant person
  • Setting up any agreed follow ups
  • Assisting with project tasks on an ad hoc basis

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with problem-solving skills
  • A completer with a methodical and structured approach
  • A desire to show initiative and come up with solutions
