One of my clients based in Henley-on-Thames is looking for an Administrator to join their team.

This role is a keen part of the business growing and building future business.

General Office Admin

There will also be a need to help with general office admin as and when required by the Office Manager. The types of tasks are likely to be:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Tracking stocks of office supplies and re-ordering when necessary

Accountable for:

  • Welcoming new people into the business, communicating the workshop logistics and admin
  • Booking hotels and European travel directly
  • Sorting flights with the outsourced travel company for long-haul travel
  • Workshop venue liaison
  • Creating workshop Drop Box file & co-ordination of any required tailoring of content
  • All workshop printing
  • Effectively managing all incoming and outgoing equipment for workshops – with courier and consultants
  • Checking/Packing all workshop materials into the box and arranging delivery/collection to/from lead Consultant
  • Managing expenses and correct coding for centrally paid expenses, like flights
  • Typing up workshop feedback and sending to lead facilitator
