A busy local business in Henley is looking for a Junior Administrator to join their team due to expansion in the business.
Whether you have just finished College or University and want to get into an office working environment or have spent a few years in customer service roles and looking to transfer your skills to something new, this could be the role for you.
General Office Admin
- Answering phone calls
- Welcoming visitors
- Tracking stocks of office supplies and re-ordering when necessary
- Welcoming new people into the business, communicating the workshop logistics and admin
- Booking hotels and European travel directly
- Sorting flights with the outsourced travel company for long-haul travel
- Workshop venue liaison
- Creating workshop DropBox file & co-ordination of any required tailoring of content
There will also be a need to help with general office admin as and when required by the Office Manager
