Our Client is an Innovative and forward thinking marketing agency based in Maidenhead. This is a brilliant opportunity to work as an administrator within a passionate and fresh minded company!

They are looking for the right candidate to be independent and capable whilst supporting the Finance and Accounts team.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Taking phone calls
  • Making media bookings
  • Inputting Invoices
  • Banking
  • Inputting invoices
  • Maintain databases

The idea candidate will have:

  • Previous office based experience
  • Good knowledge of MS word
  • 3 good A level grades
  • Accuracy and numeracy skills
  • Organised
