One of our clients based in Marlow are looking for a high level Office Administrator to join their team working closely with the CEO. The ideal candidate would play a pivotal role in the business being first point of contact for clients and candidates. The perfect candidate should have outstanding and diverse people skills and show passionate interest in problem solving and thinking ahead of others. The perfect candidate would go out of their way to supply the highest level of service and enjoy working to deadlines in a fast passed environment with the willingness to adapt and be flexible across different time zones.

Office Administrator Main Duties:

  • First Contact to Customers
  • Strong Organisational skills and Attention to Detail
  • Strong IT Skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of varying Technology and Databases
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • High interpersonal, communication skills and building relationships
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in an adapting environment
  • Enjoy working with different cultures and time zones within the international business
  • Ability to communicate and work with all levels of people throughout various companies
