We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to support the finance team in a unique but exciting working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Purchase Ledger, have great attention to detail and knowledge of accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the purchase ledger function
  • Invoice coding and posting into the accounts system
  • Maintaining the purchase orders
  • Preparation of the monthly payment run for review
  • Setting up payments on the online banking system
  • Regular review and maintenance of the creditor’s ledger
  • Liaising with various stakeholders including senior management
  • Assisting operational areas of the business when necessary
  • Weekly petty cash reconciliations

Based on the location of this position you must hold a current drivers licence and transport.
