We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to support the finance team in a unique but exciting working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Purchase Ledger, have great attention to detail and knowledge of accounting software.
- Day to day management of the purchase ledger function
- Invoice coding and posting into the accounts system
- Maintaining the purchase orders
- Preparation of the monthly payment run for review
- Setting up payments on the online banking system
- Regular review and maintenance of the creditor’s ledger
- Liaising with various stakeholders including senior management
- Assisting operational areas of the business when necessary
- Weekly petty cash reconciliations
Based on the location of this position you must hold a current drivers licence and transport.
