Sales Administrator / CAD Design Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join a busy team at a luxury design company as a junior / graduate project manager. We are looking for a driven and professional individual with exceptional attention to detail to provide outstanding project management.

Location: Henley on Thames

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: circa £20,000 depending on experience


  • Responding to client enquiries
  • Reviewing CAD drawings, providing sales admin with a breakdown of requirements for quote
  • Discussing technical details to understand client requirement, relaying information to the admin team
  • Working within the pricing structure to prepare production costs for sales/admin
  • Preparing working drawings for production/planners to work from
  • Preparing quotations for clients / management sign off
  • Assisting in product selection and layouts for client approval
  • Possibility of site visits to check client drawings and sizes, prior to production of parts
  • Checking customer drawings against production drawings, review and advise of any issues or conflicts
  • Assisting sales team with any technical requirements
  • Creating digital templates from timber templates to be sent to the production team


  • Knowledge of 2D CAD (3D CAD advantageous)
  • Previous experience working in a professional environment
  • Ability to prepare quotations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident enough to offer input on creative strategy and the ability to articulate your ideas
  • Ability to understand project requirements and intelligently present your work
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Consistency regardless of project size
