We have an exciting opportunity with a fast growing communications provider in Henley-On-Thames. The customer support team are expanding and are looking for a vibrant team player with a tech support background to provide 1st line support to customers and clients across the UK.
Based at their Head Office right next to Henley train station with free parking onsite.
Duties will include:
- Customer Service
- Appointment scheduling
- Engineer Management
- Confirming Engineers are active & en-route plus confirming appointments are met
- Reporting to Clients
- Forwarding complicated quires further down the line
- Managing the lifeline of a call out
- Allocation of work, including Emergency Call Out Cover
- Prepare all relevant documentation for engineer including Project Plans, Manuals, Maps and Parking Permits
- Having a comprehensive understanding of company products
