Our client based in Henley-on-Thames is looking for an Administrator with strong Customer Service to join their team on a (temporary to permanent) or (permanent) basis. Duties Include:
- Utilising the CRM system
- Ensuring all data is up to date
- Sending out documentation
- Providing strong customer service
- Answering queries via email and telephone
- Maintaining strong communication with colleagues
