Our client is thrilled to be growing their team and is seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant to join their busy office in Grazeley.
This role has a salary of £24,500 with potential sales bonus, the sales bonus is capped at £13,000.
Due to the location of the office and occasional travel requirements, access to your own vehicle is essential for this role. The office hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturdays and 10am to 6pm on Sundays. This role involves working 1 in 3 weekends.
Key Duties
- Quote and sell products with a friendly, knowledgeable and passionate manner.
- Make clients aware of our unbeatable price and service promise.
- Follow up on contacts and encourage sales
- Advise clients of the terms & conditions and collect the correct payment at the time of reservation.
- Ensure that all elements of the package are explained, reserved and charged correctly to the client at the time of booking. Dietary and mobility needs are of the highest importance.
- Accurately amend client’s bookings as required by them and to pass the details on to the Customer Service Team.
- Learn company’s products and services offerings, features and pricing.
- Monitor and report on KPIs regularly.
- Stay up to date with the industry situation, benchmarks, the latest sales trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for product and service up-sell and for new client acquisition.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the travel industry
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a customer service role, with excellent customer service skills
- Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative as well
- Driving licence and access to own car
- Flexible to work weekends (the role involves working 1 in 3 weekends)
